About Star Auto Parts
Turney Drive holds this salvage and used-parts counter, which also turns up in records as Star Used Auto and Star Used Auto Parts. TDLR shows its Used Auto Parts Recycler license active until June 15, 2027, which lets it take in vehicles for parts and sell what comes off them. Google Maps has it open 8:30 to 5:30 on weekdays and 8:30 to 3 on Saturday, with Sundays dark. Cards work. EPA's file shows a current stormwater permit and no quarters in violation over three years.
Last verified Oct 29, 2026. Also listed as Star Used Auto and Star Used Auto Parts.
Hours, fees and rules can change. Check with the yard before you go.
Buying parts and selling a car at Star Auto Parts
Licensed to buy cars
Its TDLR license covers buying vehicles to dismantle.
Selling your car here
The yard posts nothing about paying for cars, though its TDLR recycler license, good through June 2027, lets it acquire vehicles for parts. Pick Your Part - Houston Northville, 1.1 miles off, does say it buys them.
