About 4-a Auto Salvage & Towing
A tow operation runs alongside the parts counter here, with its Google profile listing light- and medium-duty towing plus roadside assistance. The same profile calls the Depot Street business a full-service salvage yard selling new and used parts, so the counter does the pulling. It keeps the counter open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Its state dismantler license expires December 31, 2026. EPA's latest inspection came in June 2024; the permit shows current, and the agency tallies a single noncompliant quarter over three years.
Last verified Oct 28, 2026.

Buying parts and selling a car at 4-a Auto Salvage & Towing
Licensed to buy cars
Its Tennessee Motor Vehicle Commission license covers buying vehicles to dismantle.
Selling your car here
The profile talks towing, not car buying, though its license would permit purchases for teardown through the end of 2026. Dayton Recycling, 17.7 miles away, says plainly that it buys.
